Q. Do I have to open an account to shop in this store?

A. Yes, approved wholesale customer accounts are mandatory in this wholesale only shop to see prices or to make purchase. Once you open your account, pre-approval by JDNatlady's Creations is required even after you create an account in order to see prices and make purchases.  To apply you must be a retailer or stockist with a standalone online store or a brick and mortar (physical) store or both who does not sell products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Houzz, overstock.com, Walmart, or other third-party platforms or similar websites and you must have your account approved by JDNatlady's Creations. If you are not able to be approved, your customer account will only continue to give you limited access to the wholesale only shop.

Q. What form of payment do you accept in this shop?

A. Payments in this shop are made using PayPal Express

With PayPal Express, you don't have to have a PayPal account, because you may pay using your MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover card.  PayPal allows for guest checkout so you may use your debit or credit card without having to have or to create a PayPal account and without having to log in to PayPal.  When you get to the payment screen that has a PayPal logo at the top select the option at the bottom that states "or Pay with Debit or Credit Card."  The next screen takes you to PayPal Guest Checkout where you enter your debit or credit card information and pay for your items.

Q. What currencies do you accept?

A. At this time, all prices are listed only in US Dollars, and the only currency accepted is U.S. Dollars.  This may change in the future, and you may contact us if you have any concerns or questions.

Q. What are your shipping, processing, and refund/returns policies?

SHIPPING

The offer of free shipping for purchase of $200 or more is only for shipping to the US and US territories, and the entire order must be shipped to the same address in one shipment. The free shipping offer does not apply to orders shipped to international destinations.

We only ship using the United States Postal Service ("USPS").  You will be provided with a tracking number for packages shipped to the US or US territories.  From past experience, during normal times priority mail to the U.S. mainland from St. Thomas, VI has taken as little as 3 to 5 days but sometimes takes longer. Please note that we have no control over how long the post office takes to deliver your package.  Any shipping times listed during the checkout process regarding the United States Postal Service are merely estimates.  Your package may take longer to be delivered.

Any shipments to a US freight forwarder on the US mainland that the buyer has subsequently shipped by the freight forwarder to another location at which the buyer has to pay any excise tax, VAT, customs, duties, etc shall require the buyer to pay any such taxes, customs, duties or fees and they shall not be the responsibility of JDNatlady’s Creations.  

PROCESSING TIMES

In stock items are dropped at the post office for mailing within three to four business days of your order being received. If there is any delay, we will contact you. If your items are out of stock, the processing time for soaps is up to two to four weeks and for all other products up to two weeks before your items are ready to be shipped.

Your items will be shipped together when the entire order is complete unless arrangements have been made and any additional shipping charges paid to ship as multiple date shipments.  So, if you order multiple items and any of them are out of stock, your entire order will be shipped together when the out of stock item is ready to be shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Shipments to international destinations are by USPS and shipping is calculated at checkout.  From past experience, shipping to international destinations may take from two weeks to a month or possibly more.

Shipments to international destinations may incur customs, duties, VAT, or any other taxes and those would not be the responsibility of JDNatlady's Creations to pay them or to reimburse the customer for those charges. Customs duties, VAT, or any other applicable taxes are not included in the customer's order total and are responsibility of the customer. Customers should check with the appropriate authorities in their countries to determine what those customs duties, VAT, or any other applicable taxes are so they may be prepared to pay them to the appropriate authorities so that their shipments will reach them.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our handmade products being for personal use, all sales are FINAL unless we made an error with your order. So unless we made an error with your order, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges of soaps, hair products, or bath and body products. We want you to be happy and want you to contact us if you discover any problem with your order, and we will try our best to assist with resolving your issue.

If we made an error with your order, please send us an email at wholesale@jdnatlady.com within 48 hours of receipt of the order, along with photos and a description of the issue so that we may work on resolving the error by either refunding your purchase price or providing you with the correct product.

Q. What type of ingredients do you use in your soaps?

A. The coconut oil, palm oil, sodium hydroxide, and olive oil are food grade ingredients.  The palm oil is a sustainably sourced ingredient and is RSPO certified.  The shea butter is unrefined and organic.

Q. Do you make your soaps that you sell?

A. Yes, we make the soaps from scratch right here on St. Thomas, VI., except a few glycerin soaps that we also make here that are handcrafted from a high-quality glycerin soap base.
